摘要: Resume La chimio-embolisation et la radiofrequence percutanee sont des traitements complementaires dans prise en charge du carcinome hepatocellulaire (CHC). Leurs indications a reevaluer regulierement fonction de l’evolution maladie : premiere s’adresse aux lesions multifocales nombre limite chez patients fonctions hepatiques preservees. L’utilisation microparticules n’a pas permis d’obtenir une avancee sur survie long terme, mais permet standardiser methode. destruction par est un mode traitement curatif avec plusieurs technologies d’ablation differente disposition. Ce epargne tissu hepatique fonctionnel comme avantage son faible taux complications fragiles.
