摘要: We describe an arrangement in which the magnetization components parallel and perpendicular to applied field are both determined from longitudinal magneto-optic Kerr effect measurements. This differs usual procedures that same optically geometry is used but magnet altered. leads two signals directly comparable magnitude thereby giving in-plane vector directly. show it of great value study when studying coupled structures where significant anisotropies also present
