摘要: This paper presents the design and implementation of a three-phase unity-power-factor single-stage ac-dc converter based on an interleaved flyback topology. The primary market target is within telecommunications industry where it supplies high-quality dc power to telecom loads performs high-capacity battery charging while providing zero harmonic emission unity factor utility grid. main objective produce lowest cost small-size system. study includes mathematical analysis simulation steps optimum number cells be associated phase shifts among are determined emphasis being perfectly coupled transformer. Design transformer with leakage inductance selection components parasitic effects critical for obtaining high efficiency good performance. After verified through studies that uses Simulink piecewise linear electrical circuit model (PLECS) converter, full-scale prototype implemented evaluate performance design. In conclusion, experimental results demonstrate works successfully meets commercialization expectations.
