摘要: The development of perioperative acute renal failure is associated with a high incidence morbidity and mortality. Although this varies different surgical procedures the definition used for failure, we now understand better aetiology underlying problem. However, successful strategies to provide protection or 'rescue therapy' are either lacking, unsubstantiated by randomized clinical trials, show no significant efficacy. present review considers physiology pharmacology kidney; characterization tests function; cause postoperative dysfunction; what presently available its prevention treatment; effect impairment on patient outcome.
