摘要: Cerium oxide nanoparticles have widespread use in the materials industry, and recently come into consideration for biomedical due to their potent regenerative antioxidant properties. Given that brain is one of most highly oxidative organs body, it subject some greatest levels stress, particularly neurodegenerative disease. Therefore, cerium are currently being investigated efficacy several disorders shown promising neuroprotection. This review discusses basis nanoparticle disease its hypothesized mechanism action. The focuses on an up-to-date summary vivo work with animal models Additionally, we examine current state information regarding biodistribution, toxicity, safety at level. Finally, discuss future directions necessary if this nanopharmaceutical move up from bench bedside.
