摘要: Disclosed is a process for damage-free encapsulation of variety core materials including viable cells. The material suspended in an aqueous solution polymeric containing cationic groups such as aminated glucopolysaccharide, e.g. chitosan. A temporary matrix formed by gelling droplets the suspension with divalent or multivalent anion. permanently cross-linked plural anionic groups, e.g., polyaspartic polyglutamic acid, to form semipermeable membrane. interior microcapsule may be resolublized subjecting capsule low molecular weight cations. produces microcapsules which are not sticky, do clump and allow cell growth proliferation.
