摘要: Laboratory tests for evaluating liver diseases are essential. This chapter reviews routine biochemical and disease-specific laboratory tests. Algorithms assessing acute chronic hepatobiliary enzyme elevation suggested. The degree of hepatic fibrosis has been established to be the most significant determinant mortality/morbidity in diseases. Liver biopsy is gold standard diagnosis fibrosis, but it several drawbacks such as invasiveness, cost, risk. We here review noninvasive parameters, including markers, scoring systems. Nonalcoholic fatty disease (NAFLD) becoming common all over world. Diagnostic algorithm NAFLD also detect severe (stage 3/4). Severity cirrhosis was usually assessed by Child-Pugh score, MELD ALBI grade. discuss significance tumor markers α-fetoprotein (AFP), fucosylated AFP, des-gamma-carboxyprothrombin order cancer evaluate its treatment efficacy.
