摘要: Allelism tests between the standard Uq element (Uq1) and five newly activated germinal elements (Uq2, Uq3, UQ4, Uq5, Uq6) demonstrate that these new are independent of Uq1. Gametes either contain one or various combinations two different phenotypically distinguishable elements, have been constructed with without a-ruq reporter allele. Genetic analyses progenies gametes (using tested line as other parent) indicated (i) each element, when present alone, has capacity to express full activity except a secondary transposition loss occurred; (ii) all Uq1 respect activity; (iii) originated Uqs clustered on linkage group. Uq2 is allelic Uq4, Uq3 whereas Uq6 linked both pairs. A putative map presented. In reciprocal crosses there striking difference in phenotypic segregation Uq; transmitted via male parent loses expression capacity.
