摘要: Abstract Summary: Arthroscopic treatment of transchondral talar dome fractures allows accurate visualization and debridement the lesion with less postoperative morbidity earlier mobilization than arthrotomy. Although many studies document results open treatment, no reports long-term arthroscopic these have been published. We reviewed in 12 patients who had excision curettage a fracture an average 10.1 years follow up (range, 8.1 to 13.9 years). There were 5 medial 7 lateral lesions. According four-stage classification Berndt Harty, 2 stage II; 8 III; IV. All evaluated subjective questionnaire, ankle radiographs, physical examination. The objective good or excellent 10, fair 1, poor 1 patient. patients' radiographs showed residual subchondral changes at site original lesion, but minimal degenerative changes. Patients are treated for achieve predictably high percentage successful low morbidity. Arthroscopy: Journal Related Surgery, Vol 15, No (March), 1999: pp 197–202
