摘要: A method of manufacturing a transformer coil encapsulated in casting resin utilizing disposable mold where the acts both as winding mandrel and an inner shell for encapsulation. The may be oval shaped or circular depending upon desired shape coils to encapsulated. outer shells are made from thin sheet metal thus adjusted manufacture wide variety sizes epoxy coils.
