摘要: Sixty-four placentas at various gestational ages were examined by immunohistochemical stains for HPL, SP1 and β-HCG according to a modified PAP method (Sternberger 1970). Syncytiotrophoblast cell layer was identified as the main site of synthesis. Extravillous reactions HPL (but not β-HCG) found in X-cells basal plate intervillous trophoblast islands. These types would thus seem be derived from trophoblast. Hofbauer-cells villous connective tissue stained specifically apparently because HCG phagocytosis. The intensity staining evaluated semiquantitatively syncytiotrophoblast weeks. maximum uniform immature intermediate villi early pregnancy (7–14 weeks), had their peak reaction 32–36 weeks gestation.
