摘要: Das hepatorenale Syndrom (HRS) ist ein funktionelles Nierenversagen bei Patienten mit Zirrhose, die keine eigenstandige Nierenkrankheit haben. HRS charakterisiert durch eine Gefas-Konstriktion der Nierenrinde, zur Oligurie und Natriumretention fuhrt. Leberzirrhose Aszites entwickeln zu 18% innerhalb eines Jahres Nierenversagen, nach 5 Jahren sogar 39%.
