摘要: Have social changes in Bulgaria and Poland since 1989 been consistent with the expectations of citizenry for realization justice equality? This question is related to public perceptions legitimacy post-socialist order both countries, which expected be more effective (i.e. higher economic productivity living standard) just than state socialism. In countries post-1989 system can questioned some extent because existence nomenklatura privatization compromises meritocratic interpretation idea market society. However, seems legitimate that Poland's relative success, lesser degree "making owners nomenklatura," legacy Solidarity movement.
