摘要: The rate of response a tissue to the action drug can be studied in two way: (1) Measurement some graded action. following are simple examples this type response: contracture plain or skeletal muscle; inhibition mechanical cardiac relaxation muscle. (2) Measurement incidence all-or-none effect. important measurements type: death micro-organisms; haemolysis red blood corpuscles; paralysis small organisms.
