摘要: Monitoring rice growth and yield estimation using optical remote sensing data constitutes a big challenge largely due to cloud conditions that are typical of tropical regions. Using Radar helps because it overcomes the issue distinguishes behaviour radar backscattering crops specifically. This study indicated temporal change backscatter (σ°) at two different stages HH polarimetric Radarsat-2. The aims this are: (1) identify crop with life spans based on coefficient's values from single polarisation for understanding characteristic over entire cycle, (2) understand advantages limitations RADARSAT-2, C band polarisation. coefficients have been related Malaysia calendar get information status. result shows strong coefficient 21st May referred reproductive-maturity in Sawah Sempadan area, out season Sungai Burong area. While August 1st imagery, weak which refers early vegetative vegetative-reproductive. found be much less vegetation compare mature crop. In paper, we also performed classification field Landsat 8 OLI.
