摘要: Lysozyme, a1-Antichymotrypsin and a1-Antitrypsin were demonstrated by an immunoperoxidase technique (PAP) in malignant cells of adenocarcinomas the stomach but not large intestine. Lymph-node metastases showed identical immunoreactivity to that primary tumour. Neoplasms arising from cardia, body pyloric antrum different immunostaining reactions: It seems these differences partly reflect distribution lysozyme, normal gastric mucosa. The usefulness our findings identification tumour cases lymph node unknown origin, is also discussed.
