摘要: Proton pump inhibitors are amongst the most over prescribed drugs in clinical practice. These were purported to have excellent safety profile. However recent past, certain adverse events been reported which of significance. Although linkage with proton appears be biologically plausible, evidence for requires further confirmation. The current review discusses available regarding these events.
