摘要: Abstract This article demonstrates how importance-performance analysis (IPA) and segmentation can be effectively used as a tool to measure user satisfaction with the recreational opportunities in parks recreation district of gateway community. Data were obtained from three different segments population-year-round residents, seasonal tourists. Results indicated that evaluations varied among segments. Segmentation was found necessary component IPA order identify differences between distinct groups allow for more accurate planning decision making. Additionally this examines adjustment importance performance crosshairs enhance beyond traditional approaches.
