摘要: Transmitter and receiver IQ imbalance causes image interference that degrades performance in high capacity spectral efficiency optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) schemes. Digital compensation is an attractive method to relax component specifications. In this paper we report the details of a hybrid for compensation, comprising training symbol-based transmitter-side iterative reduction-based receiver-side compensation. We demonstrate improvement using presence dependent by both simulation back-to-back direct detection OFDM experiment. on tolerable limit transmitter under carrier offset.
