摘要: The expression of six actin genes was examined in adult and plerocercoid Diphyllobothrium dendriticum tapeworms using situ hybridization. On the basis their structures, these are divided into three groups, cestoda-I, -II -III actins. Current studies show that actins belonging to different groups vary a great extent. cestoda-I expressed primarily muscle cells both tapeworms, being restricted fewer larva. two cestoda-II cytoplasmic isoforms, variety cells, i.e. dividing, differentiating migrating. Expression cestoda-III gene is detected merely peripheral part outer parenchyma, mainly tegument cell bodies. This pattern very weak plerocercoids. results indicate also D. can be muscle-specific isoforms. In this organism, one major (cestoda-I) patterns non-muscle (cestoda-II -III) were found.
