摘要: Abstract Back injuries resulting from manual materials handling are one of the major sources compensation claims and time lost work. One possible means reducing human susceptibility to musculoskeletal is by increasing individual's lifting capability prior training. This paper describes a 6 week training programme that successfully increased maximal oxygen uptake, isometric strength 10 male subjects. The trained subjects for flexibility, muscle (by applying concept progressive resistance exercise), endurance light loads at high frequency lift) cardiovascular exercising on bicycle ergometer). resulted in significant increase uptake back, arm, leg shoulder strengths maximum acceptable weight lifted, using compact box different heights lift, also significantly.
