摘要: Summary o 1. The influence of catecholamines (adrenaline and noradrenaline) on energy metabolism the rat myocardium has been studied by incubating slices this tissue with these hormones following levels different phosphorylated fractions adenylic nucleotides. 2. Similar effects are obtained both hormones, adrenaline being more effective. 3. Catecholamines decrease significantly total amount phosphate while P i content increases during first 10 minutes incubation ; labile residual contents increase at beginning to initial values afterwards. 4. ATP ADP however, effect noradrenalin level needs a longer time incubation. ATP/ADP ratios after 5 nucleotide is severely decreased (35 per cent adrenalin, 20 incubation). 5. results have other tissues can explain aerobic we observed under same conditions.
