摘要: Although nitric oxide (NO) is produced by discrete groups of neurons in the brain, participation NO premotor structures directly involved reflexively evoked, sensory-motor functions has not been demonstrated so far. We now show that a physiological mediator generation specific motor response alert behaving animals. In oculomotor system, numerous expressing synthase (NOS) are located prepositus hypoglossi, nucleus control horizontal eye movements. Unilateral inhibition NOS within this results severe ocular nystagmus with slow phases directed to contralateral side. Accordingly, local increases or cyclic GMP opposite direction. It concluded balanced production hypoglossi necessary condition for normal performance movements
