摘要: Genomic imprinting belongs by its nature to problems of epigenetics, which studies hereditary changes in gene expression not related defective sequences DNA nucleotides. Epigenetic mechanisms control, including genomic imprinting, are involved many processes normal and pathological development humans animals. Disturbances may lead various consequences, such as formation developmental anomalies syndromes humans, appearance the large offspring syndrome increased mortality upon cloning mammals, death parthenogenetic embryos soon after implantation beginning organogenesis. The diploid or androgenetic mammalian is determined absence genes imprinted loci maternal paternal genome, leads significant defects tissues organs. A review provided aimed at search possible normalization misbalanced activity modulation effects during mammals.
