摘要: Abstract Owing to its high sensitivity, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is widely used in biosensing as an efficient optical transduction technique. In this work, we report the elaboration of a novel SERS-powered aptasensing substrate for ultra-sensitive and selective detection prostate specific antigen (PSA). The transducing SERS formed by vertically aligned silicon nanowires (SiNWs) decorated with silver nanoparticules (AgNPs). nanoparticles have two purposes : a) aptamer immobilization via thiol chemistry b) signal enhancement. presence PSA induces appearance amide bond vibration modes only if present on surface SiNWs. platform highly sensitive, wide range concentrations from 0.1 20 μg.L−1 limit μg.L−1, which encompasses blood serum healthy subjects ill patients. This biosensor shows great stability it successfully validated human samples showing very good results.
