摘要: :  Candida peritonitis is a rare but potentially fatal complication of early dislodgement percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding tube. We report the case 12-year-old boy who developed subsequent to PEG tubes may be prone accidental or removal by patients carers. This has recognized in order avoid risk peritonitis. In our patient initially coliform followed peritoneal and systemic candidiasis. The needed ventilatory support, inotropic broad-spectrum antibiotics, total parenteral nutrition antifungal agents liposomal amphotericin flucytosine. Conclusion: Early dislodged should managed surgical replacement rather than blind appropriately skilled personnel.
