摘要: Research to date on economic inequality and how it affects organizational employee performance is both sparse generic in scope. Multinational corporations—in particular—can benefit from an extension of empirical inquiry which looks at conjunction with cultural orientation order understand the behavior their cross-border subsidiary employees. To this end, we report exploratory, multi-case study using data drawn interviews, observation company information frontline, base pyramid employees Thai subsidiaries Anglo-US MNCs.
