New Approach to Solid Lipid Microparticles USING Biocompatible Homolipids-Templated Heterolipid Micricarriers for Cimetidine Delivery

摘要: Tallowation refers to the modification of lipid molecules using tallow fat while P90Gylation is by one or more phospholipid chains. Phospholipon® 90G (P90G) contains about 94.0 % phosphatidylcholine stabilized with 0.1 ascorbyl palmitate and parenterally safe (GRAS) FDA approved excipient wide application in drug delivery including surface particles (templation). P90Gylated-goat conjugate has numerous advantages: wetting, solubilisation, stabilization, emulsification modified release. Here we report an evaluation solid microparticles (SLMs) formulated from this system compared effect tallowation matrices as alternative microcarrier for oral cimetidine administration ulcerated rats. The results study showed that templated homolipid mixtures had spaces them entrapped than alone. Outstanding amongst were tallowated generated 1:1 admixture goat fats which 45.37 encapsulation efficiency 2:1 matrix exhibited highest ulcer inhibition 81.20 superseding CEMTAB® maximally inhibited at 72.50 %.
