摘要: Les cancers du canal anal representent 1,5 % des digestifs [1]. Ils predominent chez la femme (sex-ratio de 4 en France) et deux tiers patients ont plus 65 ans. L’incidence est augmentation l’âge au moment diagnostic diminue. Plus 90% presentent une maladie locoregionale aa phase initial. epidermoides correspondent 90 formes histologiques.
