摘要: In the past decade, in vitro evolution techniques have been used to improve performance or alter activity of a number different enzymes and generated de novo. this review, we provide an overview available methods, their application, some general considerations for enzyme engineering vitro. We discuss advantages over vivo approaches focus on ribosome display, mRNA DNA display technologies, compartmentalization (IVC) methods. This review aims help researchers determine which approach is best suited own experimental needs highlight that methods offer promising route engineering.
