摘要: Polymerase chain reaction amplification of DNA from various strains Xylella fastidiosa with tRNA consensus primers produced three different fingerprint groups. The citrus variegated chlorosis (CVC) and mulberry leaf scorch were unique readily separated each other all tested. Internal designed based on the sequence a fragment to CVC strain. An assay was developed mixture these those reported detect 18 X. fastidiosa. used survey in Brazil. strain identified be cause found constant association trees symptoms. On occasion, no symptoms have strain; this presumably due presymptomatic infections. No survey, not associated blight.
