摘要: The invention discloses a commutation loss testing device for permanent magnet brushless DC (direct-current) motor with an outer rotor, and relates to the technical field of testing. comprises round disk, two iron cores, exciting coil, coil fixing support, insulation gasket support frames, wherein disk is sleeved on edge rotor tested motor; cores are in concave structures; one end head shorter than other by 2-4mm; surfaces installed opposite each other; clearance formed between short ends head; arranged clearance; winds through winding interference fit long heads cores; when current passes magnetic certain intensity generated after runs, rotates following cuts off line force, tangential force moment preventing from running generated, changed, under rotation speed can be tested. provided simple operate, low cost, especially suitable communication teseting large motors rotors.
