摘要: Potential nutraceutical properties of hydrophilic antioxidants in fruits tomato landraces collected Andean valleys were characterised. Antioxidant metabolites measured by HPLC-DAD-MS/MS mature and their biological activities assessed vitro vivo methods. In antioxidant capacities established TEAC FRAP For we used a procedure based on Caenorhabditis elegans subjected to thermal stress. addition, Saccharomyces cerevisiae was also as rapid screening system evaluate capacity. All accessions displayed significant differences regarding metabolic composition, activity Metabolite composition associated with geographical origin fruit size. showed association phenolic compounds, such caffeoylquinic acids, ferulic acid-O-hexosides rutin. Combination methods applied here allowed evaluation the variability landraces, which could be other or food products.
