Ion channels and penile erection

摘要: Recently, more and studies have discovered that some diseases result from gene defect functional variation of ion channels, which are called passage or channelopathies. Meanwhile, it has been found even though many do not fall into the category disease, links passages during disease development closely related with malfunction drugs can prevent cure these by acting on channels. Therefore, relationship between physiology/pathophysiology channels is gradually becoming one hot topics in current researches. The recent progress researches penile erection briefly reviewed this article.
