摘要: Abstract Sexual activity while driving fits the definition of distracted because it involves diversion attention away from task. However, this risky behaviour has received little compared to other activities. To address lack research on sexual driving, internet was searched April June 2020 for media reports in which activities occurred within cabin a moving vehicle, taking specific note of: gender, presence others, time day, use substances, nature circumstances surrounding incident, and whether crashes had occurred. A total 106 unique verified cases were identified 2004 2020. The involved 76 male (71.7%) 30 female drivers (28.3%), there 43 (40.5%) serious incidents that crash 23 fatalities (21.7%). In 17 (16.0%) their vehicle hit another car, pedestrian or cyclist 3 (2.8%) incidents. risk incident higher during oral sex intercourse than solitary (i.e. masturbation). 63 (59.5%) mild (without fatalities) identified, included accounts by witnesses police regarding driving. Given potential seriousness incidents, topic deserves further better understand prevalence safety implications
