摘要: The methyl deficiency model of hepatocarcinogenesis is notable because hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) arise in rodents chronically fed methyl-deficient diets, without intentional or adventitious exposure the animals to chemical carcinogensJ -5 genetic manipulations animals. 6-9 tumorigenicity these therefore, appears reside solely on effects they have rodent liver. Unfortunately, a large number and variety those are known, been known for some time, w-17 while newly discovered ones being steadily reported literature. This situation obviously complicates evaluation search which effect(s) contribute(s) and, particular, directly results in, leads to, genomic alterations that responsible cancer induction. Nonetheless, such an effort ongoing several laboratories, promising working hypotheses pursued at present time. In this paper we shall review briefly obtained by us effort, as well hypothesis has underlying our work. Our studies performed rats semi-purified either adequate choline (CS diet), essentially devoid cho-
