摘要: A composite built with aminated zeolitic imidazolate framework and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) for solid-phase extraction (SPE) of neonicotinoids in agricultural samples is presented. The was prepared through the assembly AuNPs onto surface metal-organic based on strong interaction between amino group AuNP. These metallic surfaces provided additional interactions affinity cyano groups present target compounds. characterized by scanning electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, area measurements. Regarding SPE protocol, several parameters that can influence performance were optimized, such as sample volume or composition elution solvent, among others. After elution, analytes determined via HPLC diode-array detection. Under selected conditions, satisfactory recoveries five pesticides (thiamethoxan, clothianidin, imidacloprid, acetamiprid, thiacloprid) obtained (between 80 110%) real samples, whereas limits detection ranged from 0.019 to 0.041 μg L-1 aqueous 0.3 0.8 μg g-1 solid samples.
