摘要: A mechanism for controlling utilization in a multi-tenant Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environment cloud computing system is disclosed. method includes obtaining, by resource control module executing on device, an active capacity metric of each virtual machine (VM) plurality VMs district PaaS system, the comprising result dividing number containers that are currently VM maximum allowed to execute VM, determining source exceeds threshold associated with and migrating at least one target district, wherein operating below VM.
