摘要: Abstract JAB1 (Jun activation domain-binding protein-1) has previously been described as a coactivator of AP1 transcription factor. We show here, by yeast and mammalian two-hybrid analyses pull-down experiments, that also interacts with both the progesterone receptor (PR) steroid 1 (SRC-1) it stabilizes PR-SRC-1 complexes. potentiates activity variety factors known to associate SRC-1 (nuclear receptors, activator protein-1, nuclear factor κB). This occurs without any modification PR or concentration. is subunit large multiprotein complex called COP9 signalosome. The latter present in plant animal cells shown be involved cellular mechanisms including regulation, cell cycle control, phosphorylation cascades. now action receptors their coactivators.
