摘要: The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a key role during hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) genesis and development. present study aimed to investigate the effects of on expression angiogenic growth factors involved in HCC. HCC HepG2 cell line was transfected with small interfering RNA (siRNA) against β-catenin. After 72 96 h, protein extracted levels β-catenin, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9, vascular endothelial factor (VEGF)-A, VEGF-C basic fibroblast (bFGF) were detected by western blot analysis. β-catenin inhibited at both time points. Notably, MMP-2, VEGF-A, bFGF decreased h then increased after transfection. Our results demonstrated that cells, may regulate factors, bFGF. These proteins downstream also regulated other factors. In conclusion, contribute regulation angiogenesis, infiltration metastasis through regulating these
