摘要: Brachyuran crabs originated in the oceans and evolved specific morphological physiological adaptations to live freshwater, intertidal even terrestrial habitats but role of a selection mechanism involving symbiotic microorganisms long these colonization processes are not known. In this work we investigated associated microbiota three populations brachyuran crab, Chiromantes haematocheir, find evidence conserved crab-specific microbiome unrelated population origin dissimilar from environmental microbial assemblages. Bacterial 16S rRNA gene fungal ITS sequences were obtained selected crab organs matrices profile communities. spite presence truly marine larval stages no gregarious behaviour, favouring exchanges, found common, organ-specific microbiota, gut gills (with more than 15% genera detected specifically enriched only one organ). Our results suggest an early establishment new stable transition water land.
