摘要: The ultrastructure of microspore development in Jatropha curcas L. was observed under transmission electron microscopy. Many endoplasmic reticulums and plastids are present at microsporocyte stage. Organells including reticulum, mitochondria, plastids, dictyosome sphaeroplassts rich meiosis tetrad stages. And mitochondria reticulum still abundant during early late divides into a large vegetative cell small generative cell. abounds with starch grains the one is lipids. A great number occur epidermis, endothecium middle layers stages, remarkably reduced tapetum organells from stage till stage, mainly mitochondria. Starch lipids supply nutrients for pollen development.
