This information help guide the choice of surgical procedure and decide on most appropriate care environment. Thus CPET aid collaborative decision making improve process informed consent. In future, may combined other predictors outcome prediction. Furthermore early evidence suggests that prehabilitation training programs, improving fitness thereby reducing perioperative risk.
