摘要: AbstractBackground: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) can give rise to a variety of neuropsychiatric syndromes. The objective this review is describe the neurobiological mechanisms that have been proposed underlie many these post-TBI syndromes, explore utility various investigative modalities and treatment available for them.Methods: Six authors reviewed PubMed Ovid literature addressed TBI in context sequelae, evaluation management.Results: Depressed mood, anxiety, impulsive/aggressive behaviour, impaired memory sleep disturbances are among most prevalent sequelae severe TBI.
