摘要: SummaryTo illustrate the possible appearance of liver function disturbances in connection with rheumatoid arthritis, we have made nine different tests simultaneously on 116 patients suffering from this disease.From results it appears that protein metabolism more than 55.4 per cent cases gave abnormal albumin/globulin ratios and Takata CdSO4 readings. This was common severe disease.In 41 galactose tolerance test pathological readings.The total serum cholesterol appeared to be same level as normal material.The bilirubin concentration normal. In disease these values seemed lower milder forms.The detoxication capacity determined by Quick's hippuric acid synthesis had decreased a quarter examined.
