摘要: Abstract The 5-year survival of 293 men and 78 women undergoing pulmonary resection mediastinal lymph node dissection is compared. These patients were broken into two age groups: Group 1, 40 through 49 years age, 2,50 older. They subdivided further according to clinical stage, cell type, sex. Of the 25 in 15 (60%) survived 5 years, while 98 (37%) 268 2 years. Among 31 (16%) for (32%) 47 that length time. among younger group was significantly lower than both groups older ( p = 0.0335) 0.0033). This believed be due higher incidence Stage III disease adenocarcinoma women. Twenty-two (71%) classified compared with 14 (30%) Fourteen (56%) had reached III, 101 (38%) as III. data suggest sex an important factor determining because there appears a relationship between it stage disease, type. Overall, poorer men. Younger have strikingly any other group, which explained by their classification adenocarcinoma.
