摘要: A Bi 2 U 1–x Zr x O 6–x solid solution has been evidenced for 0≤x≤0.40. The monoclinic 2 UO 6 room-temperature form extends in the range 0≤x≤0.20 and related trigonal high is stabilised at room temperature higher substitution ratio. electrical properties of these materials have measured. Neutron diffraction combined with electron microscopy allow proposal a structural model confirmed two dimensional materials.
