摘要: In this paper we review the mathematical models used to determine kinetics of drug release from delivery systems. The quantitative analysis values obtained in dissolution/release rates is easier when formulae are describe process. modeling can ultimately help optimize design a therapeutic device yield information on efficacy various models.
