摘要: Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) have long been used as inoculant for optimizing legume production, but their survival under hostile field conditions is conflicted. Endophytes among PGPR are the microorganisms that live inside different plant tissues at least part of life without harming host. Beneficial endophytes facilitate growth by enhancing uptake nutrients, protecting plants from phytopathogens and increasing tolerance against environmental stresses. Nevertheless, cellular interactions between pulses improving legumes yields variable. The endophytic colonization diversity, various promontory aspects, recent advances in endophyte-legume with consequential impact on production discussed comprehensively. Considering importance microorganisms, it likely use agricultural practices will play a pivotal role offer environmentally friendly strategy productivity while decreasing chemical inputs.
