摘要: The power drill or similar tool (1) has in its handle a conventional speed control (4) with key-operated lock (6), motor-reversing switch (5) removable lever, slot for magnetic stripe bar code card (7). Another chuck (2) whose jaws cannot be opened closed until blocking device (8) been released e.g. key. Alternatively the current may cut off from motor unless an array of pushbuttons is operated correct sequence.
